American Express gift cards are available for purchase online through the American Express website.

Generally, you need to follow three steps. If you have an American Express account, this will speed up checkout processing. If not, then you will be required to input your credit card details

First, you need to select the right gift card. Classic gift card is only available in one design. If you will purchase a personalized gift card, you will be presented with various designs and you need to select one. Some of the design available fits recipients such as teens, kids, birthday celebrants, bride and groom, movie enthusiasts, and restaurant lovers. Other designs fit thank you and congratulations occasion.

After selecting the design, you need to provide the quantity for each denomination you want to purchase. Note that Card fee applies.

During checkout, you will be required to provide more personal information. As for the payment information, American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted as mode of payment.

  • The gift card can be replaced when lost or stolen in accordance to the terms and conditions that apply
  • The gift card is elegantly packaged when delivered

Citibank

  • The gift card can be used virtually anywhere that accepts American Express Cards
  • Gift card denominates are $25, $50, $100, $200 and $500
  • Fees may apply when loading the balance and replacing a lost or stolen gift card
