Yes, you may check your balance in store. Visit Bon-Ton stores and inquire from a sales representative, cashier or store manager.

Tip: Whenever using your gift card, always check your receipt. Some merchants also print the remaining balance on the receipt upon every transaction.

Bon-Ton gift cards are available for purchase online and in person at denominations of $5, $10, $20, $25, $30, $50, $75, $100, $200 and $250. This can be redeemed at any Bergner’s, Bon-Ton, Boston Store, Carson’s, Elder-Beerman, Herberger’s or Younkers stores. Unfortunately though, it cannot be used for online transactions for now.
