to whom it may concern! I’m very upset about the card i purchase. i report it lost on april 20, to someone name marvin, he stated that i would receive it in 14th working days, however that has not happen. i call back to let them know that i have not received the card, i talked to a person name jazmine who stated that she was going to process another card, and i would receive it in three working days. well! that has not happen. so today i talk to someone name shawm, who stated that i need a ticket number,and that another card was process on may 12. HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK? HELP PLEASE!

i am trying to find out how i would track down were i spent the 50 dollor card here is the number 4315680300125615 i order something and have not recived it so if u could help me please.the company were i got it at or the phone number would help a lot so thank you for your time and help on this matter

I have never heard of charging a $4.95 activation fee. By the time I noticed this the cashier had already processed my charge card and could not reverse the charges. This is the most rediculous thing I have every heard of and you can be assured I will never buy one of your cards again.

I am not a person who complains about everything,but I have to tell you, i will strongly reccomend no anybody I can, never to buy these prepaid cards. this is not the first time I have been ripped off with these cards but I hope is is the last. I will never buy these for anyone. Your system of ripping people off stinks.
