To check your Claim Jumper gift card balance online, click here.
Visit the main page of the Claim Jumper and on that page, there is a link stating ‘Check Your Balance’. Upon clicking, you need to select the correct logo for the gift card that you choose – either Paytronix or Opticard. For Paytronix, you will be directed to a different page and you just have to enter your gift card number. As for gift cards with Paytronix logo, you will also need to type in your gift card number and hit the ‘Check Balance’ button.
