You can check the balance on a gift card on the Billing Page in “Checkout” or in “Your Account”. In both places, you will see a link to “Check Balance.” You can then enter the 16-digit gift card number and the 4-digit PIN on the back of your card and click “Check Balance”. Then, we immediately provide you with the balance on the gift card.

To check you gift card balance through phone, you can call 1-800-OLD NAVY (800-653-6289).

Check Gift Card Balance In Person

You can also check your Old Navy gift card balance by inquiring at the nearest retail shop for Old Navy.
