Check Gift Card Balance Online

To check your gift card balance online, you need to visit their gift card balance check page (you may click here). You have to enter the 19-digit gift card number and the corresponding 4-digit PIN. These numbers are both located in your gift card. Once supplied, you can click on the ‘Check Balance’ button.

Check Gift Card Balance Through Phone

Gift card balance checking is not available as of this moment, unless a number is specifically stated in your gift card or any of the items delivered with it.

Pacsun offers both gift cards and online gift certificates. The gift card can be purchased online or in store in any denomination between $5 and $500. This can be redeemed in person at their participating stores or online at their website. For online transactions, you will need to reveal the PIN at the back of the gift card.

The online gift card/certificate can also be purchased online and is sent directly to the recipient’s email address. Details of usage should be included in the email sent. Note at as of this writing, the online gift certificate cannot be used for in-store transactions.
