You may call 1-877-720-6601 to check your gift card balance through phone. Note that you will need to have your gift card number for this call.

Check Gift Card Balance In Person

You may visit any of their restaurants for assistance in checking your gift card balance.

Red Lobster gift cards can be purchased both in-store and online at amounts between $10 and $250. As of this writing, the Red Lobster gift cards have no fees and no expiration. It’s even explicitly stated on their website that any fees that were previously charged to your gift cards were restored.
