The first option is to purchase it online at southwest.com. You will need to complete an online form then follow a series of steps. The second option is to purchase the SouthWest gift card through phone by calling the SouthWest Airlines at 1-800 I FLY SWA or 1-800-435-9792. You will need to prepare similar information needed for online purchase in order to complete a transaction through phone.
The SouthWest gift cards are offered in any denomination between $10 and $1000. Corporate Customers requesting southwestgiftcards for purchase exceeding $1,000 limit available at southwest.com can purchase southwestgiftcards by completing the southwestgiftcard order form available from their website.

The third way to purchase the gift card is through their approved retail locations. However, the amounts available are limited to $50, $100 and $200 depending on the exact retail store.
