The first option is to purchase it online at southwest.com. You will need to complete an online form then follow a series of steps. You will then have the option to provide your name, the name of the recipient and your personal message. This will be used to personalize your gift card. After which, you have to specify the mode of delivery. The choices are through e-mail which provides 12-hour delivery, through Federal Express Overnight or through USPS (United States Postal Service). When checking out, you’ll need a credit card to complete the transaction.

The second option is to purchase the SouthWest gift card through phone by calling the SouthWest Airlines at 1-800 I FLY SWA or 1-800-435-9792. You will need to prepare similar information needed for online purchase in order to complete a transaction through phone. The SouthWest gift cards are offered in any denomination between $10 and $1000. Corporate Customers requesting southwestgiftcards for purchase exceeding $1,000 limit available at southwest.com can purchase southwestgiftcards by completing the southwestgiftcard order form available from their website.

The third way to purchase the gift card is through their approved retail locations. However, the amounts available are limited to $50, $100 and $200 depending on the exact retail store. These can be bought in denominations between $10 and $1000, though corporate gift cards are available for purchases exceeding $1000.
