You can check your Ann Taylor gift card balance by going to their official website and choosing the check balance option under the gift card page. Note that there are two types of Anne Taylor gift cards, so you have to choose the correct section.
First is to check the balance of the plastic gift card. In order to do this, you need to prepare your gift card and locate the 19-digit gift card number at the back of the card. You also need to make the hidden 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) appear by scratching off the layer on top of it. You will need both numbers when you visit the page below:
