Toys R Us also allows you to check your gift card balance by visiting their stores. Store personnel should be able to assist you in checking your gift card balance.

Toys R Us gift cards are available for purchase online in three variation – the standard gift card, the customized gift card (design your own), or the eGift card.
The standard gift card is available in many designs and is offered in any denomination between $5 and $1000. It can be shipped with a personalized greeting card at an additional cost.
The custom gift card on the other hand can be a personalized photo gift card because you are allowed to upload images to be printed in the card. Similar to the standard one, this is available in denomination between $5 and $1000. A personalized greeting card may also be shipped with the gift card.
The standard and custom gift cards are offered in partnership with Cardways. These may be used for purchases online or in store at participating Toys R Us or Babies R Us shops.
Lastly, Toys R Us also offers electronic gift card or eGift card. This is also available in any denomination between $5 and $1000 and can be personalized with the message to the recipient. The gift card will then be delivered to the recipient’s email address.
